Is Iceberg Summit pre-recorded or live?

Day 1 in-person sessions will not be streamed live, but will be recorded and made available to all attendees after the event.
All Day 2 sessions will be streamed live to create an engaging, dynamic experience for our global audience. While we’ve arranged backup recordings as a contingency for technical issues, we’re committed to delivering real-time interaction between speakers and attendees.
Will there be Q&A?

Throughout Iceberg Summit 2025, we’re fostering meaningful discussions and knowledge exchange across both our in-person and virtual experiences. During Day 1’s in-person sessions (April 8), attendees will participate in live Q&A after each presentation, with dedicated time for direct interaction with speakers and fellow attendees.
For Day 2’s virtual sessions (April 9), we’ve created an equally engaging experience with live Q&A through our virtual platform for real-time discussions.
How does joining the virtual event work?

You’ll receive an email with login instructions after you register and again the day before the event. The email will include your personal “magic link” which will automatically log you into the virtual event platform. From there you can set up your profile and start familiarizing yourself with the platform. On the morning of the conference, we’ll email you again to remind you that it’s about to start! Our event platform is browser-based and super easy to join and use, with no software downloads or a hairy setup. We’re all about a modern, cloud experience.
Is there an “exhibitor hall” of some sort?

Day 1 (April 8) features an in-person exhibition space where you can connect directly with leading technology providers, see live demonstrations, and have in-depth conversations about your specific use cases. Our carefully selected exhibitors represent the cutting edge of the Iceberg ecosystem.
On Day 2, while there won’t be virtual booths, you’ll still have the opportunity to explore each sponsor’s dedicated page within the virtual event. These pages are packed with valuable resources, including product details, downloadable assets, case studies and contact information—ensuring you have everything you need to learn more and connect during the event.
Where is the in-person event located?
